The entire hate machine directed at “The NRA” is based on something more insidious than stupidity.
While we wonder about some kind of misplaced concern, there’s a real specter of sick ulterior motive stalking the NRA.
It can’t be for the concern of life because the side mobbing up the debate literally cares nothing about death and mayhem. (Think about how free needles to addicts and decriminalizing drugs is soft euthanasia. We all know that.)
The NRA is made up of decent, law-abiding people. Millions and millions of them. And each one of those decent members are supported by millions more decent people. One NRA member – a good person that lives somewhere – influences dozens of other good gun owners.
Even freakishly partisan anti-rights politicians know that. But the drive to “control” the populace is inescapable for some political power-mongers.
Fanatics that attack the NRA are not in the majority anywhere honest people think in honest ways.
The whole war on “the gun lobby” is a battle against neighbors and family members. It’s propaganda from a weird activist set. Which of course we all know that too. And yet, the anti-gun lobby has more employees and money working freakishly day and night than the NRA does.
Serious questions: Why give away your constitutional rights? Why give up liberty and freedom to a rabble mob?
Only the worst kind of human seeks to take away rights of honest people. Especially through cunning tactics.
Don’t we live in a country that actually had people in bondage without any Constitutional Rights? So now we are facing zealots willingly giving away or taking away those rights and DEMANDING that we follow them?
Immigrants, whether documented or not . . . are coming to the USA for Liberty and Freedom.
Think about that.
