Chicago, Illinois, Senate Hearing 12-20-22 Gun Control SB5855 (Initial impression)
Justice becomes Frankenstein’s Monster.
“Protect Illinois Communities Act.” House Bill HB5855 BANS many commonly used firearms honest, law-abiding Americans legally own to defend themselves and their families.
Moms Demand , Brady, Marchers, Everytown, the usual suspects, Democrats and others agree to make the innocent not only pay for crimes committed by reprobates but that those innocent and honest people will be created into Felonious criminals too.
And with avoiding the standard gun control back and forth from the intransigent here we go:
First: About The Moms: After the meeting and talking with many of The Moms Demand activists crowding the Senate hearing room all dressed in Red . . . they seemed like normal decent people. Y’know concerned about crime and violence. But upon being asked why they want to hold honest, decent and honorable people accountable and carry the guilt for what criminals do seems a tough reach for them. It does seem that total gun elimination from honest people is the bottom line. I think it needs explaining how they seem justified and honest in doing that. (?)That is not “Gun Sense” it is wrong in every sense of the words “sense” and “wrong”.

It’s weird science creating a new class of creature from honest law-abiding citizens but that terrifying experiment is coming to life. And this time the Mob is cheering it. Not running from it.
But let’s here about real criminals. And some possible “stretching” of facts by a good guy.
Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart as he sits up to the Mic to give his testimony explained that “his Deputies” face incredible dangers from criminals that they encounter from their actions of those criminals with guns. And he showed an array of REAL high capacity magazines that sat motionless on the table and gave examples of what criminals do with them.
Although Sheriff Dart also testified that “his deputies” carry Glock 9-millimeter handguns that only have “six rounds in them” in a shocking display of disingenuous drama, concentrated and directed at voters in Cook County, to be fair (unlike the Infringers) on the dangers of what innocent law enforcement personnel encounter out in the world. From criminals.
If, Sheriff’s Deputies in Cook County carry Glock 9mm handguns it would be a VERY safe bet that 15 or 17 round magazines are well in place in their magazine well.
(That Sheriffs and the Police carry 6-round Semi-auto Glocks . . . and although (of course), the Moms and Democrats filling the Senate Hearing groaned with utter concern about the out-gunned Officers, it’s about true as a Big Bad Wolf wearing a Granny Face Mask.)
We see from Gun Control advocates demands, like 6-round Cop Glocks, reality can dance in and out of the process. And luckily Dart’s not made of wood or his nose would’ve looked like “a high capacity magazine” protruding from his face after the Glock 6-round capacity example.
But to be fair and honest, Sheriff Dart more than likely misspoke, and if he remembers what he said, he would both regret it and make it right. You don’t rise to “Sheriff” by willful deception. And supporting Law Enforcement is the duty of every decent citizen. But Dart needs to be more careful when tens of millions of law-abiding, honest and honorable citizens will lose their Constitutional Rights by his testimony on what criminals do. And as noted, he was talking in front of a mob of voters.
But about Law Enforcement Personnel. They’ll be the ones arresting all of the honest citizens that HB5855 turns into felons. Oops, that might have been left out of Dart’s testimony. But it won’t be from the law if this sick Bill passes as is.
(We’ll see in a moment what stress at Senate Hearing Mic can do to the one testifying. )
So, the Dems’ and Moms answer to Sheriff Dart’s testimony?
Is to make Felons of everyone that owns firearms via their standard ignorance and ubiquitous use of neologism and propaganda.

IL Senator goes Gotcha!
Illinois Senator Dynese Wang is an impressive inquisitor. I mean that as a serious compliment to the world of sarcasm, comedy and 15th Century Spain.
She turned a passive, boring, NRA Rep – quoting prepared words into a Mic – into a quivering mass of Um Uh Jelly.
Wang had the young Gun Rights Rep almost admit to being a 2A heretic in such a manner, that holding back laughter was painful for even the decent people in the room.
Dismissing every single honest word from the hapless monotone NRA pundit, Wang deftly implemented non sequitur flair, ignored his facts, and went on with demands about words written on past and present corporate buildings:
“Sir, do you know the statement written on the past NRA Building” said Wang.
“Um, Uh” said NRA guy.
“Do you know what the statement reads IN THE LOBBY of the NEW NRA building”? Wang continued non sequitur.
“Uh Um . . .” replied NRA Guy.
“It says: shall not be infringed” quipped Wang.
“Why Sir,” Wang went on, “Why does it omit the first sentence? “A well Regulated Militia”?
Now the odor of painful tension wafting through the room from NRA Guy smelled like teen spirit far more than an adult’s confident cologne. NRA Guy Craw-fished to “Um, I’m here about Bill HB5855”. Kind of a good move actually.
I’m sorry but I joined the Moms humorous snickering during the canned response clapping and vocal-glee coming from the Gallery of Infringers. Demanders. I do so enjoy a talented wit. Even if it comes from the Dark Side.
Bubububbub-But, I very quietly violated room rules during the Moms boisterous outburst by saying to Wang: “You ignored: . . . being NECESSARY for a FREE state . . .”
The part of freedom and liberty being crushed out of US history by Gun Control Fanatics is shocking. I know honesty has been redefined by Wang and her accomplices, so I was quite happy with the sting of reality that my utterance sent into the Moms and Dems in the room.
Always take the initiative to politely yell-out when the rabble mob starts arabbling their yells.

Thouggggghhhh no crime or violence is committed by NRA Members and the other tens of millions of honest and honorable firearms owners living in every town in the USA, these Moms Activists calmly explain how honest people may turn into child-killing psychos at any moment. So, they have to make them felons via neo gun control so that we can implement their DEMAND on those millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of good and decent people Um, er, hh, that, could, at, any second, turn in to psychos.
Now I must admit, I don’t think the ladies I spoke with were radical Marxists. Though I’d bet a healthy chunk of change that those kinds of people are around and active in every anti-gun group. Marxists are certainly Demand oriented.
The Moms that were willing to talk to gun owners came across as just Moms that want innocent people to be held accountable for what criminals do. I would so like to help them in a Sensible Agenda.
It’s kinda simple math: Make gun ownership a crime and then gun owners criminals and then there will be no more people able to own guns.

But of course those pesky Bullies, Home Invaders, Robbers, Muggers, Gang Members, Religious Fanatic Terrorists, Rioters, White Supremacists, Random Street Criminals, Garden-Variety Sociopaths, Serial Killers, Sex Traffickers, Rapists and other miscreants will have a Smorgasbord of victims to victimize. Diversity is so productive.
