Honorable Assemblyman Antwan McClellan,
I saw you on YouTube (NJ Assembly GOP, Oct 21, 2022) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyaozkt1SDk questioning a Gun Control advocate about the morality and possible injustice of the Bill being debated. Thank you for your probing questions to the person off camera. He wasn’t shown on the YouTube video. His positions are truly inappropriate.
That anyone has to apply for and be approved in the manner discussed is shocking in the scope of justice and a free society.
I am also an elected official serving on the Village of Hillcrest Board (Illinois) as a Trustee. But this contact is about the active citizenship and Constitutional Rights of all Americans. I decided to get off the couch and get involved in speaking out for protecting and promoting the defense of honesty in the Gun Control agenda.
Since its inception as a Constitutional Right, the 2nd Amendment has been freely available to all citizens. Although, as history has shown, some citizens were/are denied that right based solely on what dedicated and zealous groups want to impose on them.
What is being sought as another Gun Control method in New Jersey is not in keeping with honesty, morality, nor is it honorable. It is just another insult delivered by zealots to impose their will on good people.
Please continue to stand against these attempts to limit the Constitution only to those people that the man testifying and the agenda he promotes, deem acceptable.
